If your collection is not returned when you search within Collection Manager, try entering a root word and an asterisk (*) as a truncation operator. For example: Taylor & Francis*

How to request an Automatic Holdings Feed for ebooks
- Sign in to your Taylor & Francis eBooks account, and then open the librarian dashboard through the user profile.
- Click on the MARC and KBART tab from the left navigational panel.
- Click the GENERATE CRN button to generate a Customer Reference Number (CRN).
Note: The CRN is not the same as your institution’s Taylor & Francis account number. - On the same page, check the box for OCLC and click the GRANT PERMISSION button.
- Your CRN will be displayed in your dashboard as well as emailed to you from Taylor & Francis Customer Service.
- From the Collection Manager home page, select the Add feed button.
- Select Taylor & Francis.
- Enter the CRN under Customer Reference Number.
- Click Submit.
The feed request status will update to Pending as it is waiting for its initial provider update.
How to request an Automatic Holdings Feed for serials
- Sign in to your Taylor & Francis Online account. When logged in, a confirmation page will display, indicating your IP address and License entitlements.
- Against your Username shown in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click the down arrow to reveal the Account Settings link.
- Select Account Settings.
- There are two menu sections displayed when logged in as an administrator: In your account and Institutional Account.
- Select Automated Library Holdings from the left-hand menu under Institutional Account.
- To generate the Institutional API token, select the Provider from the dropdown and click Generate token.
- Click Copy to copy the token to your clipboard. Please note that there will be information displayed under the Provider and Token headers.
- From the Collection Manager home page, select the Add feed button.
- Select Taylor & Francis.
- Enter the API token under API token for serials.
- Click Submit.
The feed request status will update to Pending as it is waiting for its initial provider update.
