WorldShare Collection Manager will set WorldCat holdings if an OCLC number is listed for the following coverage depths:

  • Full Text
  • Print
  • Ebooks
  • Audio
  • Video
  • Image
  • Other

WorldShare Collection Manager cannot set holdings on 4 types of content availability. These are:

  • Abstract
  • Index
  • Selected full-text
  • Other
