An ILL book I loaned came back damaged. What are the rules on damaged books?

Individual libraries are able to set their own policies for damaged and lost books. OCLC does not enforce a set policy for this. For guidelines on lending, it may be helpful to review the RUSA Interlibrary Loan Code for the United States.
