Include Request ID with problem reports
When reporting an issue with My Account, it's very helpful to include the Request ID. It can be found at the bottom of the screen on which the issue occurred. Including this information allows us to directly trace what happened on the request we are troubleshooting.
New features and enhancements
Provide clearer language on patron request forms for selection of loan versus copy
For libraries with Tipasa or WorldShare ILL
On the patron request forms, the Service Type options previously provided limited guidance for requesting a loan versus a copy. The language for the selection has been modified to include more information. For example, it's now clearer that the patron would select "Copy" for a book chapter request.

Offer patrons the request again option only for completed items
For libraries with Tipasa
With this release, you can provide an improved My Account experience that offers patrons the request again option less often. The request again option previously displayed for canceled and unable to provide statuses, and some library users tended to use it submit multiple requests for the same item.
The request again option now displays only for statuses in which the patron no longer has access to the item, specifically:
- Complete
- For items provided via Article Exchange: Link Expired or "You have 0 views left."
If your library has WorldShare Circulation, the request again option will continue to display on the Borrowing history tab (if enabled).
For more information, see ILL statuses.
