WorldShare applications now supporting Microsoft Edge

Applications within the WorldShare Interface will now support the latest version of the Microsoft Edge browser, these applications include: WMS Circulation, Acquisitions, License Manager, Alerts, WorldShare Interlibrary Loan, Collection Manager, Record Manager, User/Patron Administration, and Analytics.

As we begin to support Microsoft Edge, we will no longer support IE 11 as of August 17th, 2021, the date Microsoft applications (e.g. Office 365, OneDrive, Outlook) are ending their support for IE 11.

Some features in IE 11 will continue to work, however, breaking changes will not be fixed. 

Contact OCLC Support as soon as possible if this poses any concern to your institution.
