Collection names and IDs
There are many collections in the global WorldCat knowledge base. Use the collection data in the table to help you find the relevant collections. If your collection is not returned when you search within Collection Manager, try entering a root word and an asterisk (*) as a truncation operator. For example: Sage*
The below collections are available for automatic collection loading:
Collection name(s) | Collection ID(s) | Demand-driven acquisition collections? | Frequency provider sends OCLC data |
---|---|---|---|
Sage Journals All Titles | SAGE.sage | No | Weekly |
Sage Learning Resources All Titles | SAGE.monographs | No | Weekly |
Notes:
- The Sage Journals All Titles automation excludes Gold Open Access journals, although you can select these through the SAGE Journals Open Access Journals (SAGE.sageopenaccess) collection instead.
- The Sage Learning Resources All Titles collection includes Books, Reference, Navigator, Business Cases, Cases, Videos, Skills, Foundations, Tools Directory, Charts, Expert Insights, Project Planner, How To Guides, Datasets etc., but excludes: Sage Campus, Catalyst, CQ Press (except for CQPress Books), CQ Researcher, and Sage Data content.
How to request automated collection loading
Please request your Institution token(s) from Sage for the purposes of supporting KBART automation with OCLC. Once you have that, you can send this message to OCLC Support, replacing [XXX] with your information: "Please load my Sage collections. My OCLC symbol is [XXX]. My Sage token(s) are: [XXX]."
- For journal titles, please follow the instructions on How do I implement KBART Automation? (Sage Journals) to get your journal token.
- For monograph titles, please follow the instructions on How do I implement KBART Automation? (Sage Learning Resources) to get your monograph token.
Note: You need to retrieve both tokens to load the journals and monographs collections, but if you don't need both collections, you only need to retrieve the one you want to have loaded.
