- You get errors stating that the local files cannot be opened and when you check the log file you see that there is an error stating "External component has thrown an exception"

- If only one file type exists in the log file, please send the local save file and the log file to customer support. Please contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol, the error you are getting and any troubleshooting steps you have already followed.
- If more then one file type is listed in the log file LocalFileErrors.log you will need to completely uninstall and reinstall the client.
