"The maximum number of units available in the license has been reached" error while ingesting items into the CONTENTdm Project Client
Symptom
- While uploading items in the Project Client, you get the following error message: "The maximum number of units available in the license has been reached."

Resolution
The CONTENTdm OCR Extension enables you to process a certain number of pages per month, depending on your license level. You are receiving this error message because you have hit your page limit for OCR this month. Your limit will reset at the beginning of the next month.
You can check your page counts by reviewing the page limit on the OCR tab in the Project Settings Manager.
