Why is an ILL request displaying without information?

Symptom

  • Opening a request loads a mostly blank page with little to no information about the actual request. All other requests and pages in WorldShare ILL/Tipasa are loading as expected.

Resolution

1. Try to replicate the issue on another device

2. If you're able to replicate the issue on another device, have the patron resubmit the ILL request.
