How to edit Request Methods and Delivery Methods in the Policies Directory?

Answer

To edit Request Methods and Delivery Methods in the ILL Policies Directory:

1. Open the Policies tab and scroll down to the Copies and Loans Policies.
2. Click the Edit link in a Copy or Loan policy
3. Scroll down to Request Methods and/or Delivery Methods boxes
4. Select the methods you want to remove and click on the Delete option that appears
5. Click the green Save button
6. Your Profile tab in the ILL Policies Directory should reflect this change immediately
