Resolution

Below is a way to do that, depending on exactly what kind of filled requests they want to include. Below my example shows filled requests of any kind, i.e., ILL, document delivery, open access, and purchase.

 

1.      Query

1.    After the results, I created a variable for the measure of all the filled counts to get the total filled count

1.    Then I created a variable to calculate the percentage filled of the total created requests.
