Introduction
This release of My Account provides an enhancement for libraries with WorldCat Discovery to help you offer an improved experience for your library users:
This enhancement is the direct result of your feedback.
Recommended actions
For this release, we recommend that you review the following checklists and complete the relevant tasks so that you can adjust your policies and workflows and train your staff. These checklists identify updates that we have determined as significant for most institutions. We encourage you to review all of the items in the release notes to determine whether there are other items that might require additional action or follow up by your institution.

Include Request ID with problem reports
When reporting an issue with My Account or WorldCat Discovery, it's very helpful to include the Request ID. It can be found at the bottom of the screen on which the issue occurred. Including this information allows us to directly trace what happened on the request we are troubleshooting.
New enhancement
Expand and collapse search details for permanently saved searches
For libraries with WorldCat Discovery
When viewing saved searches, users now have the option to view each search in collapsed or expanded format, allowing them to access full details for their search. This experience has been redesigned to mirror the search history tab to better support a user’s journey within their account.
Previously, users saw all details for saved searches and could not collapse the view.

With this release, users can choose to expand or collapse details for specific saved searches.
