Files uploaded with the Relais Scanner are not being moved to delivery.

Symptom
  • Files that have been uploaded with the Relais Scanner are stuck when they should be moved to delivery
Applies to
  • Relais ILL
  • Relais File Transfer Service (RFTS)
Resolution

This issue can typically be resolved by restarting the Relais File Transfer Service (RFTS). To do so:

  1. Open the local workstation's Services application.
  2. Find Relais - File Transfer Service.
  3. Right-click on it and select Restart.

If files do not start processing, contact OCLC Support for assistance.
