I could export records to my computer in the past but the export file no longer appears after processing the batch

Symptom

  • You are batch exporting records to your computer, and the export seems successful, but the file cannot be found on your computer.
  • Batch export has worked in the past with a particular export destination but is no longer working.

Applies to

  • Connexion 3.x

Resolution

It's possible that there is an issue with the export destination. Delete and re-add the export destination, then try exporting again.

  1. In Connexion, go to Tools > Options > Export.
  2. Select the export destination that is not working. Click Delete.
  3. Click Create and add the export destination you deleted.
  4. With the export destination highlighted, click Apply.
  5. Click OK to exit the settings.
  6. Try to run your batch exports again.
