Symptom
  • When connecting to your Project in Project Client you get the error "Unable to connect to Project. The ReadContentAsString method is not supported on note type Element."

Resolution

Please contact OCLC Support with your Library name, site number, the collection name and an image of the error screen for which this error is coming up.
