Unable to connect to CONTENTdm Server URL

Symptom
  • Receiving an error message that you are unable to connect to your CONTENTdm Server URL in the Project Client "New Project - Server URL and Login" window

  • CONTENTdm
Resolution

Confirm you are typing your full server URL:

  • https://server#####.contentdm.oclc.org where ##### should be your site ID. Use your OCLC LDAP credentials.
  • If you can log in to your CONTENTdm Administration site via browser, your username and password are correct. If not, reset your account password via https://ldap-accounts.oclc.org/forgot
