Approved items but they are not appearing on CONTENTdm website

Symptom
  • You approved X number of items and are unable to see them

Resolution

1. Please check to see if your index has been run after approval. Support has run into requests that approval of items do not appear but the index time doesn't match the date of when the approval was run.

2. Check to verify the correct collection was used and not inadvertently added to the incorrect collection.
