Learn how to add a Reply-To address to be used in your Next-Generation Notifications.

Manage reply to addresses

Add reply to email addresses to be used in your Next-Generation Notification templates. 

To add an additional reply to address:

  1. Click Add new reply to address.
  2. From the New reply to address screen, enter the following settings:
    Setting Description
    Reply to address type

    Select an Address Type. Options include:

    • General: Default. 
    • Patron type: Includes all patron types configured for the institution. You can select one address per patron type, but there must be a default address included. Refer to Patron Type
    • Pickup location: Includes all branches and branch locations that are configured as pickup locations. Only one address is used per pickup location. Refer to Pickup Location
    Name

    Enter a unique address name. 

    • 50 character limit
    Email address

    Enter the desired email address.

    • 254 character limit.
  3. Click Save.

Previously configured reply-to email addresses will be organized under the configured Reply to address type: General, Patron Type, or Pickup Location.  

To edit a reply-to address:

  1. Select the Edit button for the previously configured address.
  2. Edit the below fields:
    • Name
    • Email address

       Note: The Reply to address type cannot be edited once configured. 
       
  3. Click Save

To delete a Reply to address, click the Delete button. A confirmation dialog appears. Click Delete to delete the address.
