When I tried to use the ‘Cite’ tab for an article I got an error.
Symptom
- The error reads: Export in RIS format“Our service is unable to provide a copy and paste citation for this format.”

Resolution
The record contains mis-matched data that would confuse the citation. For example citations are not generated for central index records that have an ISSN but were processed as Books.
