A patron cannot see their card barcode in the app

Symptom
  • The barcode isn't visible when the patron navigates to their "Digital Card" in their library's Capira Mobile application.

Resolution

If a patron reports this, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure they have the latest version of the app installed
  2. Check that they have installed the latest operating system update for their device
  3. Perform a force restart of the app
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app on the device
  5. Change the text size or Display Zoom on the phone

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please reach out to OCLC Support with the following information:

  1. Device Model (iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23, etc.)
  2. Device OS Version (iOS 17, Android 13, etc.)
  3. App version installed
  4. Screenshot of the page missing the barcode
