Why can't I create new user accounts in WorldShare?
Symptom
- I was told that I would be able to create new user accounts, but I don't see that option available.

- WorldShare Admin
Resolution
This is due to not having the User_Admin role assigned to your account. The role can be added by another user inside your institution that has User_Admin privilege, or by contacting OCLC Support.
