Why can't I create new user accounts in WorldShare?
Symptom
- I was told that I would be able to create new user accounts, but I don't see that option available.

- WorldShare Admin
Resolution
This is due to not having an Admin role assigned to your WorldShare account. The role can be added by another user inside your institution that has an Admin role, or by contacting OCLC Support.
