Why are the Delivery Notification checkboxes greyed out in a user account?

Answer

These checkboxes (including Send Updates?, Send Email Updates?, and Send SMS Updates?) are only available to be used by Tipasa libraries. If your library does not use Tipasa for Interlibrary Loan, then those boxes will have no effect, so they are not able to be checked and you can disregard them.
