Why am I receiving a "there is a problem with your email address" error when logging into the Community Center?
Symptom

Resolution
This error indicates that there is no email address present in the Library Record section of your WorldShare account. The Community Center is accessed using that WorldShare account. You will want to ensure a functioning email address is associated with the account you are trying to log into and is entered in the Library Record section of your WorldShare account. To add the email address, ask a colleague with a working WorldShare account to do the following:
- Log in to WorldShare
- Access the Admin module
- Search for the account you are trying to log in with
- Click the Edit button on the Basic User Data tab
- Add a working email address to the Library Record section
