Why am I locked out of my WorldShare account for too many attempts?
Symptom
- Eroror at login: ⓘ You have exceeded the allotted number of log-in attempts. Please close your browser and wait 5 minutes before attempting to log-in again.

Resolution
When users have an active account that is also locked-out due to too many login attempts with an incorrect password, the solution is often to reset the password or wait 5 minutes to attempt it again. OCLC Support is unable to unlock accounts that have been locked for this reason.
