We are a WMS library. Why can't I add a phone number for SMS delivery notifications to an account?

The ability to send SMS notifications is only available for Tipasa subscribers. WMS libraries can send out email notifications but not SMS notifications. You will not be able to add a phone number, nor check the "Send SMS Updates?" checkbox in the Basic User Data.
