- No one in my library is able to log in to WorldShare Management Services (WMS). We're getting a message that says "One or more signatures could not be validated on the SAML response from the identity provider. This can happen if the institution was recently reconfigured. Contact our customer support staff or Orders Services at OCLC."
- Libraries using either SAML or ADFS to authenticate to WorldShare Management Services or Tipasa™.
This error message typically indicates that there was a change to your library's certificate. Contact OCLC Support with the following information:
- Name and Contact information of the authentication server administrator of your library.
- A copy of your library's metadata file or the URL for your library's metadata file.
OCLC Customer Support will be able to use this information to update the certificate on your behalf.
