Why are my off-system requests going to Unfilled so quickly?
Symptom
- Off-system request ages to unfilled within a few days.
Applies to
- WorldShare ILL
- Tipasa
Resolution
- Request is aged to unfilled according to the Days to Respond setting in the Partner record, accessed through OCLC Service Configuration - WorldShare ILL - Address book.
- The default is set to 2 days for copies and 4 days for loans.
- To update, select the relevant Partner record in OCLC Service Configuration - WorldShare ILL - Address book.
- Edit this record and increase the number of Days to Respond for copies and loans
- Save record.
