Why am I getting a "Request Status contains invalid data for the request" error in WorldShare ILL?
Symptom
- User gets a "Request Status contains invalid data for the request" error when trying to send or close an ILL request.

- WorldShare Interlibrary Loan
- Tipasa
Resolution
If the request is Closed, you won't be able to edit it. Editing is not allowed on closed requests.
This can also happen if the ILL request is closed by double-clicking too quickly, or if someone else is accessing the same request at that time.
- Back out of the request and close all request tabs.
- Re-open the request and check the status.
