I received the wrong article from the lending library, what should I do?

Answer

1. Contact the lending library to notify them that they sent the wrong information
   1. If the lender has not already set the request to "received", they can update the request and send the correct article or
   2. the lender can send the article via email.
2. If you need the lending library's contact information, you can find it in the Policies Directory.
