I accidentally told the system that I received an item. How do I correct this?

It is not possible to undo this action in WorldShare ILL.

If you have accidentally marked a loan request as 'received', you can contact the lending library to inquire about the transit status. You could also attach an internal note to the request, stating the error.

If you have accidentally marked a copy request as 'received', check if the request had been filled correctly by looking it up in the closed requests. Contact the lending library if this is not the case.
