Symptom
- You receive the error " Some information is incorrect, please review and try again. Please clear copyright by selecting a previously borrowed title or create a new one that matches this request"

Resolution
This error can occur if there is not enough information in the Issue Date field to determine whether a title is within copyright or not. To resolve the error, add more detail to it. For example, if the Issue Date field only contains the year, add month and day information to the field and try to send it again.
