Error message "None of the selected requests printed successfully." when trying to print in Tipasa or WSILL

Symptom

  • When trying to print a request, you get the following error message: "None of the selected requests printed successfully."
  • This may cause all the requests in the print queue to throw the same error message, even if only one request is causing the issue.

  • Tipasa
  • WorldShare Interlibrary Loan

Resolution

To stop this error and successfully print:

  1. Try removing the problematic item from the print queue and re-adding it.
  2. If you still get the error message, open the request to make sure that none of the fields contain a single brace or curly bracket: { } 
    1. Pairs of braces/curly brackets are acceptable, but just one can cause this error.
