How to reopen a request in the staff portal

  • Relais Staff Portal.

You can reopen a request by following these steps.


  1. Log into the staff portal.
  2. Search for the request you want to open.
  3. Once open, click on the Delivery Info tab.
  4. Select the reopen request option.
  5. This will allow you to place the request in whatever queue you want.


You will only see this option if the request is closed.
