How to reopen a request in the staff portal

Answer
You can reopen a request by following these steps.
- Log into the staff portal.
- Search for the request you want to open.
- Once open, click on the Delivery Info tab.
- Select the reopen request option.
- This will allow you to place the request in whatever queue you want.
You will only see this option if the request is closed.
