To see if a connection is possible between the Relais Client and the Relais database, try to do a Telnet to DB0.Relais-host.com, aka 126.96.36.199.
- telnet 188.8.131.52 1433
- telnet 184.108.40.206 1432
If either of these cannot connect, make sure that your institution is not blocking these IPs and is allowing traffic on 1433 and 1432. If you still cannot connect, contact OCLC Support.
