My patron is trying to view electronically delivered articles and they are seeing "File not found" where they usually see "View."

Symptom
  • Your patron is trying to view electronically delivered articles and they are seeing "File not found" where they usually see View

Resolution

For Patrons to see the View link, you need to make sure of the following:

  1. The Transaction status of the request has to be "Delivered to Web."
  2. The file has to be present.  You might need to run a DLL log on the test server to find out where ILLiad is looking for the file to get some idea of what is causing the problem.  Information about how to set this up is found in the ILLiad DLL Log documentation.
