I received an ILLiad email that an Electronic Article is ready, but it's not on the website

Symptom

• A patron is going to their electronic articles section after being notified by ILLiad that the article is ready, but no articles are listed.

Resolution

In order for a patron to get an electronic article after being notified, you need to make sure of the following:

1. The Transaction Status needs to be "Delivered to Web."
2. The file needs to be in the PDF folder where patrons get the file from the Web.
