When exporting bibliographic records, I get "An error occurred on the server; please try again later or contact support."
Symptom
- Error message: "An error occurred on the server; please try again later or contact support."

Resolution
This issue can be caused when the user has old subfield exclusion preferences.
- Go to your User Preferences > Exporting Bibliographic Records > General Export Preferences.
- Take a screenshot of the Exclusions.
- Delete the Exclusions.
- Using the screenshot, re-enter the Exclusions.
