- You get an error message mentioning "The server response could not be understood" when sending us your Data sync MARC file.

Change the file name to add a difference of some kind, like add a number or the date on to the end, and try again. If that does not fix the issue, contact OCLC Support with your library symbol, the file you are trying to upload and the Data Sync collection's collection ID.
There are rules you must follow when naming files for Data Sync collections.
