Learn how to navigate local holdings constant data search results.

View a local holdings constant data record

  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab opens by default.
  2. Select Local Holdings Record from the Data Type drop-down list.
  3. Click the name of the constant data record to open the LHR constant data editor.

Delete a constant data record from the search results list

  1. In the left navigation, click Toolbox. The Constant Data tab opens by default.
  2. Select Local Holdings Record from the Data Type drop-down list.
  3. Search for the constant data record or click a Constant Data Record Name. The constant data editor opens in the tab.
  4. Select one or more constant data records.
  5. Click Delete Selected Record(s). A confirmation message appears which states how many bibliographic constant data records were deleted. If the bibliographic constant data record is the default constant data record, you will receive a warning message.

Use local holdings constant data record as default LH constant data

Click the radio button in the Default column for a record.

Print screens of local holdings constant data results

  1. If the list includes multiple screens, jump to the screen you want to print.
  2. Click once in the frame that contains the record list.
  3. In your browser, click Print.
  4. In the Print dialog box, click OK or press <Enter>.
