Why do I receive an error when trying to import Foreign language records into Connexion client

  • When importing a group of Foreign language records into the Local Save file you receive errors.

Resolution

 

  1. After selecting file?>Import records, click on the  Record Characteristics Selection box and choose Character Set UTF-8 Unicode under Bibliographic Record heading.Additional information
