- You get an error message that says "Value cannot be null Parameter: name format" when you right mouse click within Connexion client to bring up MARC Field help.

This means that either Connexion client doesn't have permission to reach out to our Help site or code something is wrong with your install. Try the following:
- Confirm that your machine has a default web browser set up.
- Confirm that your machine's anti-virus has an exception set up for Connexion client.
- Do a complete uninstall/reinstall of Connexion client on the machine.
If the problem persists, contact OCLC Support with the error message, Connexion client version and what you've tried.
