I am getting the error "Unable to open file in exclusive mode".

This can be corrected by using the Compact/Repair tool.

1.Go to File > Local File Manager

2.Select the file path of the file that is causing the error

3.Click Compact/Repair

After the tool completes running, check to see if the error appears again.  If it does, the file may have become corrupt and need to be replaced.
