Use batch report

Discover how to use the Batch Holdings by OCLC Number report in Connexion client.

The client opens a Batch Holdings by OCLC Number Report automatically when a batch is completed.

To also print it immediately, set the Print batch reports automatically option in Tools > Options > Batch before running the batch. The Batch Holdings by OCLC Number Report shows:

  • Session ID
  • Report start time
  • Session duration
  • Lists of the records you entered in groups of failed or successful actions with totals for each group
  • For each record, displays:
    • OCLC control number
    • Title (if record found)
    • Record action
    • Result of action
