Discover how to define fields to delete from exported records in Connexion client.
Specify fields to delete from exported records separately for bibliographic and authority records:
- Navigate to Tools > Options or press <Alt><T><O>.
- Click the Export tab.
- Click Field Export Options.
- In the Field Export Options window, in the Bibliographic Records field or the Authority Records field, enter fields you want to delete, each separated by a comma, or enter a range of fields.
- Click OK or press <Enter> to save your setting and close the window.
Click Cancel to cancel changes.
Click Apply to save settings without closing the window.
- When finished, click OK to close the Options window.
