- When you open a project you are prompted with an error and a red banner message displays "Unable to connect to Project".

Please reach out to OCLC Support as this error pertains to corrupt XML structure in the project directory.
A new project could bypass this error message and start a fresh project. However, if you would like to attempt to save some project please reach out to Customer Service for support.
