Receiving a 504 Gateway Timeout error when attempting to export collection metadata as a tab-delimited file.

Answer
This is a know behavior where the CONTENTdm Administration page times out before the tab-delimited file can be completed. In most cases, the file is still generated and placed within the production files of the collection. To request the exported tab-delimited file be retrieved, contact OCLC Support and provide the following:
- Server ID
- Collection Alias
