Symptom
  • When opening Project Client you receive the message "Encountered error ("Could not find file C:\Project Path\####.desc.") for item in upload queue. Would you like to skip this item and continue loading project?"

Resolution

Contact OCLC Support for assistance and supply the following:

  • your CONTENTdm server ID
  • the name of the collection you're working in, and
  • the full text of the error being received
