I receive the error, "Vendor returned an error response" when configuring a SUSHI vendor

  • When configuring a SUSHI vendor, you receive the error, "Error encountered    Vendor returned an error response: Vendor could not be contacted: Please contact OCLC Support for more assistance"

First, confirm that your vendor credentials are correct. These credentials are generated by the vendor, so you may need to contact them for confirmation. If you've confirmed that you are using the correct credentials, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol and the name of the vendor you are configuring.
