I'm trying to create a license but I can't find the collection I'm looking for in the Collections tab
Symptom
- You are creating a license and, under Collections > Select Collection, you are searching for a collection name but can't find it.

Resolution
Use Collection Manager to view the collection's properties and find the collection ID. Back in License Manager, search for the collection ID instead of the name of the collection, and that should allow your collection to populate in the results. This search includes all titles in the knowledge base, and many have similar names, so you'll get more accurate results searching by collection ID.
