How can I get to my COUNTER API harvest results in License Manager?
Symptom
- You need to get to your COUNTER statistics that have been harvested by License Manager's COUNTER API harvesting.

Resolution
Here are the instructions for getting to the reports:
1. Open WorldShare
2. Click the Licenses tab
3. Click Usage Data button on left
4. Click Harvest History button
5. Filter down to COUNTER 5
6. The list of databases with COUNTER 5 results will appear
7. Click on the View Details button for each vendor you want a report from
